Hi Ruth, I'm not sure what's caused the problem but your account is still active.

Your last login as Talula was Mon Nov 20, 2017 7:50 am.

You might have to reset your password again. Before doing that, though, try loggging in again and also check the caps lock on your computer etc is not on.
