Good afternoon, i am returning to Slimming World, and after reading the Healthy Extra A section in the book and using the website it hard to distinguish were ever Milbona reduce light spreadable cheese triangles x24 from Lidil is a Healthy Extra or a Syn. Can anyone help.

Can't help you with that one as I don't currently have access to syns online (target member but not been to group so online restricted for the moment!).
