Our service provider, Forumotion, is happy to announce a new partnership with FaceYourManga, the market leader of avatar creation. Thanks to this partnership, our members will be able to now create their very own custom personal avatar.

It is very simple: every member may freely use the avatar tool through their user profile: Profile>> Avatar>> Create my avatar>> FaceYourManga tool

A pop-up will appear (Hosted by FaceYourManga) and you will be able to custom create your own avatar by clicking on the screen components:

Once your avatar created, you just have to click on "Upload your profile" button:



Your avatar will then directly appear on your profile:

Some limits:

(Here's the legal bit from Forumotion lol)

As we use an external partner, we have both technical and strategic restrictions in the integration of this new feature:

1. Access to the avatar tool cannot be directly accessed within the forum but via a separate window.

2. FaceYourManga is only available in English. It is not possible to translate it.

3. FaceYourManga page has 2 advertisement banners. There are not Forumotion ads but FaceYourManga ads. It is through these advertisements that they give us the right to the use and copyright of their generator.

4. This partnership is under Beta Test and we cannot appreciate the suitability of this tool for the moment. However, whatever happens, all avatars created via FaceYourManga and applied to a forum are automatically hosted by our servers (Impossible to lose them   )
